Kittisford near Wellington
In early March 2025 Nick was asked by a landowner to create ponds, scrapes and planted banks on a 4.5 acre field. The soil varied from good clay (for ponds) through to gravel and sand. Nick and the team dug 13 ponds and seeded the banks of soil with wildflower, plus created 9 scrapes and hedgerow banks which he planted with willow cuttings from the existing hedges.
